Manufactured from durable stainless steel, the Woodson Auto-Lift Fryer is built for quick, energy efficient short runs of fried food. Constructed with a single basket and a single 200mm deep pan, this 11 litre capacity unit is suitable for use with soluble oil only. With an over temperature safety cut-out that ensures safe usage every time, this unit is reliable, efficient, and a valuable addition to any kitchen.
