Description

Winterhalter F 8400 universal cleaner is liquid, highly alkaline and contains active chlorine. Due to its bleach components, F 8400 removes dried-on food residues and coffee or tea residues particularly effectively. It is suitable for all common dishwashers such as undercounter dishwashers, glasswashers, pass thru dishwashers, utensils dishwashers and conveyor dishwashers in restaurants, hotels and canteens.

Winterhalter F 8400 Universal Cleaner can be used to wash dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans and containers made of stainless steel and plastic. Ii has an extremely good dissolving power of fats and proteins. Please note that the F 8400 is not suitable for cleaning cutlery and containers made of silver, aluminium and light alloys. Use Winterhalter special cleaners for this purpose. Liquid, highly alkaline universal cleaner containing active chlorine.
 AREA OF APPLICATION: 
  • Suitable for use in commercial dishwashers
  • Suitable for all types of dishes made of glass, porcelain, plastic, stainless steel as well as cutlery and utensils
  • Effectively removes dried-on food residues of all kinds as well as coffee and tea residues and other dyes
  • Not suitable for silver, aluminium (also anodised) and light alloys
