Description
The Robot Coupe CL55 Pusher is a vegetable prep machine meant to handle pounds of even the largest vegetables at a time. Perfect for chopping or slicing entire heads of lettuce, broccoli, or pureeing tomatoes for saucesDurable stainless steel construction ensures that the CL55 can withstand day to day use. The automatic feed head doesn’t use a bowl, so items may be placed directly into the hopper, and the two disc rack makes sure foods are cut thoroughly. Once veggies are sliced, they are ejected into whatever container is placed in front of it, and the CL55 has an auto restart so there’s no need to disrupt the flow of work. A 3 horsepower motor capable of 425 provides more than enough power for continuous everyday use.
