- Stainless steel fl at shelves adjustable in height and angle with ticket stripping to the front and rear
- Removable front and rear crumb trays for ease of cleaning
- Fully insulated and constructed from 304 grade stainless steel with a No.4 fi nish
- Self-contained refrigeration with built in evaporator burn-off tray (no plumbing to waste required)
- Stainless steel rear shelf fi tted to fold down brackets which can be added as an optional extra at the time of ordering. This item is factory fi tted at the time of manufacture
