Up to 7kW of professional cooking performance over two independently controlled zones. This heavy duty twin induction cooktop from Apuro features two 3.5kW rings that can accommodate pans of up to 280mm wide.
These incredibly powerful hobs are suitable for use with induction cookware in any professional kitchen looking for reliability and energy efficiency. The stay-cool hob surfaces are large, but the unit itself benefits from a compact space-saving design that won’t take up too much valuable space on your counter top. Easy to use, even easier to clean and maintain.
Please note – this induction cooktop is not supplied with a plug and requires a hardwired installation carried out by a qualified electrician.
