Hold even greater amounts of hot food with this heated banquet cabinet from Apuro. If you’re catering for large numbers of guests, serve them delicious hot food quickly and efficiently by holding bulk quantities in one convenient location.
This cart has a temperature range from 70C to 82C, using advanced insulation technology to guarantee exceptional results. There is enough space to fit up to 16 double size 2/1 gastronorm trays, or shallow GN pans can be used to position plated meals ready for service. Heavy duty castor wheels and handles make it easy to move or position the cabinet, while a stainless steel construction with rounded internal corners takes all the hassle out of cleaning it.
